Refund Policy

Refunds: No refunds will be issued, except in unique situations determined solely at the discretion of Fleur de Lys Academy. Such cases will be evaluated individually, and decisions are final.

Cancellations: Once a session is booked and paid, cancellations are not accepted. All payments are final to ensure a dedicated learning experience.

Rescheduling: You may reschedule a session with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice by contacting us via WhatsApp at the number provided during booking or through the SimplyBook.me platform. Requests within 48 hours are subject to availability.

Extreme Weather: In cases of extreme weather (e.g., typhoons or heavy storms) affecting safety, sessions will be rescheduled at no cost. We will notify you via WhatsApp or the platform and arrange a new time.
