Terms & Conditions

By booking a session, you accept the following:

 

No Cancellations/Refunds: All bookings (online or in-person) are final with no cancellations or refunds, except in special cases decided by Fleur de Lis Academy.

 

Rescheduling: Rescheduling (online or in-person) requires 24 hours’ notice via WhatsApp or the booking platform, subject to availability.

Extreme Weather: Sessions affected by extreme weather (e.g., typhoons) will be rescheduled at no cost, with notifications via WhatsApp.

 

Parental Consent: Bookings for students under 18 require parental consent.

 

Behavior: Students must participate respectfully; disruptive behavior may lead to rescheduling at our discretion.

 

Liability: Fleur de Lis Academy is not responsible for missed sessions due to client issues or unforeseen events.
